Phase #0 - The capture machine phase

The goal here is to set up the foundation in which the IB Math projects will be built upon and to completely dominate the IB Math scene with exercise lists that are more downloaded than Christos’, videos that are more popular than Revision Village, and more subscribers in the YouTube channel than Sirius Revision. That involves creating the standards, the workflow, hiring a team, setting up Google Analytics, SEO, and finishing the business model. No leads will be captured just yet, the sole focus will be to gain traction. We're making sure that the wheel is spinning, by testing whether the automatic emails are being fired. Nothing (aside from private tutoring lessons) will be sold yet: the machine that will sell everything later gets built and switched on. Getting The IB Math Teacher's name out there, shipping as much content as possible along with free materials, and associating it to high quality IB Math content, is a priority.

Phase #1 - The "mic check one two” phase

This is where "passive” revenue starts to roll in and you stop selling your time (only). We'll continue to ship as many videos, exercise lists, mock exams and other materials as possible, while capturing leads across the board. However, for the first time, digital products will be sold. Along with that, we'll sell the IB Math Prep course for the December/27 cohort. The private tutoring work continues until these two products’ revenue surpass my tutoring business (at this point, roughly R$150k per month).

Phase #2 - The "who's this IB Math Teacher” phase

In this phase tutoring has stopped altogether, and the whole focus of the business becomes digital products and courses. Another product that will be pushed (which requires a bigger cohort to get the engine going) is IB Math Club. In this phase, we'll run the first cohort of the IB Math Prep course and IB Math Club will be a solid income generating machine. We'll produce $97 courses and start selling them as well, and look for affiliates and influencers.

Phase #3 - The "IB Math influencer” phase

Still TBD but one idea is the whole content of The IB Math Teacher will be sold as a $997 product (two years of exclusive access to all features + The Club + all courses. We'll evaluate the possibility of building school partnerships and licensing (B2B).
